COMPLAINTS
If the Customer discovers defects after receiving the goods, they have the right, after contacting the Online Store Customer Service by email: sklep@elar-tech.pl or by phone: +48 607 208 999, to send the defective product to Elar-tech PHU, 43-190 Mikołów, ul. Podleska 26.
Please attach a Complaint Form along with the received sales document (receipt or invoice) to the product being complained about. The complaint should include a description of the defect and the date of its occurrence.
Complaints are reviewed no later than 14 days from the date the Online Store receives the shipment containing the complained product.
In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value product, according to the option selected by the Customer. If this is no longer possible (e.g., due to stock depletion), the Customer will receive a refund of the product price or will be offered other goods available in the store at a similar price. Before accepting the shipment, please check the packaging for any damage during transport. If the packaging shows signs of damage, do not open it and complete a damage report in the presence of the courier. It is the courier's responsibility to complete the damage report, and they cannot refuse to do so.
RETURNS OF PURCHASED GOODS
Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000, "On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product" (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271), the Customer may return goods purchased in the Online Store without giving a reason by informing the Online Store staff within 10 days of receiving the shipment and returning the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving them. If the Customer decides to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must contact the Online Store Customer Service by email: sklep@elar-tech.pl or by phone: +48 607 208 999 and return the product that does not meet expectations (Satisfaction Guarantee or money back) at their own expense to the following address: Elar-tech PHU 43-190 Mikołów, ul. Podleska 26.
The Customer is obligated to return the goods properly packaged, along with a completed Declaration of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract and the sales document (receipt or invoice).
REQUIREMENTS
The returned goods must meet the following requirements:
have a complete set of factory-attached, original paper labels and labels, both internal and attached to the product
must not show any signs of use
must be complete, i.e., contain all components, including spare buttons, zippers, etc., if any were included with the product
must not be damaged in any other way
If all of the above-mentioned If the conditions for returning the goods are met, a refund in the amount of the returned goods will be made immediately, no later than 14 days, by crediting the bank account from which the Ordering Party paid for the goods or the bank account provided by the Ordering Party on the Declaration of Withdrawal from the Distance Contract form.
In the event of a return of goods to a special order due to incorrect customer specifications or cancellation of the order due to the customer, a 25% storage fee will be deducted from the total amount.
